T.K.பப்ளிகேஷன் நிறுவனத்தின் நிறுவனரான திருமதி C.ஆலிஸ் என்பார் பேராசியரும், நூலாசிரியருமான Dr.P.சந்திரசேகரன் அவர்களின் துணைவியர். இவர் 1993களில் நூலாசிரியரான Dr.P.சந்திரசேகரன் இயற்றிய பன்னாட்டு நூல்களுக்கு ஒப்பாக நுண்ணுயிரியல் என்ற நூலினை வெளியிடுவதற்காக, தமிழகத்தின் பிரபலமான பதிப்பகங்களை அணுகியபோது வாணிபரீதியில் இந்நூலினை விற்பனை செய்ய இயலாது என எண்ணி ஏற்க மறுத்துவிட்டனர். இந்நிலையை எண்ணி மருகிக் கொண்டு இருந்த வேளையில் இந்நூலாசிரியருக்கு எழுப்புதலாகத் தைரியம் ஊட்டி T.K.பப்ளிகேஷன் என்ற நிறுவனத்தைத் தோற்றுவித்து இந்நூலினை வெளியிட்ட பெருமைக்குரியவரே இந்நிறுவனர் ஆவர். எனவே, அன்று தொடங்கிய இவரது அயராத உழைப்பு இன்று வரை அதாவது 2019 வரை தொடர்ந்து 30 நூல்களை இயற்றுவதற்கான ஆக்கத்தையும், ஊக்கத்தையும் அளித்து அறிவியல் தமிழ் வளர்ச்சியில் தமிழகத்தில் தன்னை அர்ப்பணித்தவராவர். அறிவியல் தமிழ் வளர்ச்சியின் அரும்பணியில் இவரே முன்னோடியாக தமிழகத்தில் இன்று திகழ்ந்துவருகிறார் என்பதுவே எதார்த்தம்.

                  T.K. Publications was founded in the early 1990s by Mrs. C. Alice, a visionary driven by passion for knowledge dissemination and scientific progress in the Tamil language. She is the wife of renowned professor and author Dr. P. Chandrasekaran, whose pioneering work in microbiology inspired the foundation of this publishing house. At a time when mainstream publishers in Tamil Nadu declined to publish his high-quality science textbook—deeming it commercially unviable—Mrs. Alice courageously stepped forward to bridge the gap. She established T.K. Publications with the aim of delivering world-class scientific content in Tamil. The first publication, a comprehensive microbiology textbook, marked the beginning of a meaningful journey. Since then, T.K. Publications has grown steadily, contributing over 30 scientific titles to the Tamil literary world by 2019. The organization has played a crucial role in nurturing Scientific Tamil, making complex subjects accessible to students, researchers, and readers in their native language. Today, T.K.
